Giorgos Donis is the head coach of AEK FC for the next two years (2008/2009, 2009/2010).

The clubs’ President, Demis Nikolaidis, made the presentation of the new coach:
“We reach to an agreement with Giorgos Donis and he will be the head coach of the club for the next two years. We hope that we will have good results and he will stay with us for many years.

At the official presentation, Giorgos Donis said to the Press:
“I like to insist, to fight for more thinks at my life, to take more responsibilities because it is the only way to achieve thinks . Me and my company, all the the technical stuff, we are aware of what we are taking over, it is a very high challenge for us. I am very realized of the responsibilities but also I am very optimistic for the future”.
