AEK FC announces the signing of the Brazilian defender Vinicius de Freitas, for two and a half years, with the option to AEK FC of extension for one more year.

Vinícius de Freitas Ribeiro was born in Rio De Janeiro on March 7, 1993. He made his first steps in football at the youth academies of Fluminense FC and Cruzeiro, before he signed for Lazio in 2013.
On January 2014, Vinicius moved on loan to Padova, next year (2014-15) to Perugia and in 2015-16 to Zurich, where he made 24 appearances and won the Swiss Cup 2016.
Vinicius Freitas has also 4 appearances with the National team of Brazil U21.
