AEK FC officially announces the extension of Greek international defender Stratos Svarnas' contract until the summer of 2025.

Stratos Svarnas was acquired by AEK FC at the age of 17 from AO Triglia Rafinas, in the spring of 2014. In 2016 he was transferred to Xanthi fc, making 25 appearances in the next two years, before returning in the summer of 2018.

With the AEK jersey Stratos has played in a total of 47 games to date, having scored twice. At the same time, through his appearances with the AEK, he won his call-up to the Men's National Team, with which he made his debut this month (September 3), in the away game against Slovenia.
