Carlos Angel Roa was born on August 15, 1969 in Santa Fe, Argentina. He had a great career as a goalkeeper, having played in Mallorca, Lanus, Racing Club, Albacete, Olimpo as well as in the National Team of Argentina. Since 2011 he has been working in Matias Almeyda coaching staff as a goalkeeper coach at River Plate, Banfield, Guadalajara, San Jose Earthquakes and since the summer of 2022 at AEK FC.
