PROFILE \\
Kostas Tsanas was born in 22 August 1967. He played football professionally for almost 15 years in the top greek leagues with Levadiakos, Kalamata, Athinaikos and Ethnikos and than he worked as a football manager in the lower divisions (Athinaikos, Ilisiakos) and then (2008) he joined AEK FC technical staff as performance analyst.
For the last ten years he worked for the Greek Football Federation. He was the head coach of Greece U19 when they reached the final of EURO 2012. His next job was Greece U20 leading them in their first ever appearance in the final stage of U20 WC in Turkey.
Kostas Tsanas was Greece U21 manager from 2013 to 2015 and then he was assistant coach of Michael Skibbe in the National Team of Greece. He was also interim coach of the National Teams for five games in 2014 and 2015. His long spell in Greek FA was terminated last December as educator in its coaching schools.
