EZEQUIEL PONCE \\ Attacker
Ezequiel Ponce was born in Rosario of Argentina on 29 March, 1997 and began his football career from youth academies of Newells Old Boys. He made his debut in 2013.
In August 2015 he moved to AS Roma. The next season was loaned to Granada CF and scored two goals in 25 matches in La Liga. In 2017-18 season he played in Championnat for Lille FC and made 29 appearances in all competitions, while he scored three goals.
This was followed by the most prolific season of his career with AEK, scoring a total of 21 goals in 43 official matches while on loan from Roma.
In the summer of 2019, he joined Spartak Moscow, with whom he scored 25 times in 73 official matches until January 2022, when he was loaned to Elche CF. Later the Spanish club made his transfer permanent. In total he played for Elche CF in 35 matches and scored 6 goals.
In the summer of 2023, he returned to AEK, signing a four-year contract.
Ezequiel Ponce was international with Argentina U20 team and he participated in three matches in the World Cup 2017 in South Korea.
