AEK FC defeated 2-1 Olympiakos FC at Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium for Matchday 17 of STOIXIMAN SUPER LEAGUE 2023-24.

Matias Almeyda's team took a 0-2 lead with Garcia's header (from Amrabat's corner kick) in the 32nd minute and Zuber's shot in the 38th minute (following a corner kick by Amrabat and Biancone's initial half-clear). Olympiacos scored in the 44th minute with Masouras.

The score did not change in the second half, although AEK could have reached a third goal in the 80th minute, when Pineda's header hit the post. AEK is in second place, two points behind Panathinaikos, whom they will host at OPAP ARENA next Sunday.
