Diego Buonanotte is feeling excited with the new challenge in his career and anxious to play with his new team and win titles.
-Diego, you have already came in contact with AEK supporters. How do you feel about them and how did you spend the first hours in Greece?
"AEK Athens fans are literally crazy! Me and my family really enjoyed their warm ‘welcome’ in the country and I’d like to reciprocate this love on the field. The Olympic Stadium of Athens is already familiar to me, because I've played here with Malaga against Panathinaikos in the Champions League qualifier. "
-Does Olympic Stadium reminds you of the magnificence of the River Plate Stadium?
"Yes, the truth is that’s what I thought when I saw it. I imagine it full of AEK fans to celebrate victories and titles. "
-This is the first time you will play in a country which is not a Spanish speaking country. How do you see this new experience?
"It’s true but the language of football is international. Moreover I will learn Greek as well. "
-You won a championship with River seven years ago. Do you dream your next title with AEK?
"Of course. That’s why you move to a big club like AEK Athens. To conquer titles. That’s what I want to do.
