Ioannis Tsoutsas was born at Chios island and completed his studies at Ellinismos Stavrianou in 1977. Afterwards, he studied at the Medical School of Rome University and works as Medical Internist, while he was the Head doctor of Piraeus Football Clubs Union for more than 10 years and since June of 2019 a member of AEK FC Board of Directors.
