ΑΕΚ FC defeated Asteras Tripolis by 4-2 at OPAP ARENA, Nea Philadelphia, in a game of Matchday 21 of STOIXIMAN SUPER LEAGUE 2023-24.

COSMOTE MVP Ezequiel Ponce starred for a third game in a row as he designed AEK's quick lead with two headers in the 25th minute (after a deflection on Djukanivic's head) following a corner kick by Mantalos and in the 27th minute after a cross by Niklas Eliasson who was also involved in the 3-0 in the 43th minute. Ervin Djukanovic tried to clear a  cross by Eliasson and sent the ball into his team's net.

Julian Bartolo made it 3-1 with a penalty kick (after a handball by Gerasimos Mitoglou) in stoppage time of the first half, but Levi Garcia came off the bench to secure the victory for AEK with 4-1 in the 76th minute. Juan Miritello closed the score in the 90'.

Robert Ljubicic made his debut with AEK, replacing Petros Mantalos in the 78th minute.
